MEETINGS
CARA holds regular Open Meetings to which all residents of Georgeham and Croyde are invited. Please come and share your views, contribute ideas, or air concerns you may have regarding the future of our lovely villages. We’re really keen to arrange and support events that appeal to all generations.
Since Covid- the Caring Community Group have been running a monthly Afternoon Tea in Croyde Village hall. this is held on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 2-4pm. A hot cuppa and A-MAz-Ing Cake and great company!
There is also a weekly Coffee Morning in Georgeham Village hall- every Tuesday from 10.30-12.
Some ideas in the pipeline currently include another Jazz Night and Dance Bands in the Village Hall. We’d love to hear your ideas. Let us know what you’d like to see in your community.

Choir Restarts! After a winter break- we will be meeting again in Croyde Village Hall on Monday nights from 7-9pm. John McDonald - our inspirational Leader- has been working on new music for us!

The Big Bring & Share Coronation Lunch!- Hosted by the Caring Community Group and the Village Hall with help from the whole Community! Sunday 7th May . Watch out for more details to come!
Resuscitation and defibrillator training session on Thursday 9th November 2023: This is a FREE session available to all. Feedback from those that attended previous sessions has been super positive, with attendees really appreciating the opportunity to learn about how to help somebody who needs resuscitation and/or the defibrillator.
